Quality Policy

At AR Júnior we believe in a corporate culture where everyone is wholly committed to obtaining excellence at work and where quality is clearly geared towards the client.
Hence, being aware that quality has become a factor which sets us apart and lends added value, the implementation of a Quality Management System (SGQ) in accordance with the standard NP EN ISO 9001:2008 constitutes recognition of efficiency in the organization of processes which ensure the compliance of our products.

The SGQ established is defined as the totality of organisational structure of duties and responsibilities, procedures and working methods and technical resources and processes, with a view to attaining the strategy and objectives of the company quality policy.

Hence, we intend to strictly comply with the SGQ requirements which, in turn, are expressed by the quality of the products and services, the satisfaction of our clients and also the quest for ongoing improvement.
